George & Joan Bubaris

Owners

Driven by their entrepreneurial spirit, George and Joan acquired Parthenon Framing in 2015, diving headfirst into the art scene to revolutionize custom framing. With 35 years of marriage under their belt, they share a passion for their craft, their employees, and their clientele. Drawing from their experience as former restauranteurs, they also understand the value of hard work.

George’s business acumen and tireless dedication have propelled Parthenon to new heights. He collaborates closely with his team, crafting unique frames for invaluable artworks. Every frame project is an emergency to George – which is why he’s coined a new term that is used frequently around the office: framergency. Regardless of their project or deadline, George tackles it head-on, delivering quality with a smile.

Joan’s extensive background in financial planning adds a distinct perspective to Parthenon’s expansion efforts. In 2020, the business diversified with the launch of its printing division, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution for clients. As an active member of the Medford Chamber of Commerce, Joan aims to leverage Parthenon’s resources to support local causes and contribute to Long Island’s economy.
